Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the production of custom surveys, playbooks, webinars, promoted stories, e-books and reports
  • Creating and managing a team
  • Working with industry experts and clients to conceptualize and execute new products
  • Ensuring deadlines and schedules are met across multiple projects
  • Editing completed projects to ensure consistency in voice and quality

Ad Operations Coordinator

The Ad Operations Coordinator will be given significant and varied responsibilities. Core to the role is managing clients’ advertising campaigns - providing excellent customer service, optimizing campaigns to maximize results, and creating detailed reports and analysis. The Ad Operations Coordinator will also work with internal teams to create and optimize Industry Dive marketing campaigns, landing pages, and ad creative.

Responsibilities:

  • Project manage campaigns from beginning to end
  • Work with advertisers at leading brands to design and execute marketing campaigns
  • Communicate regularly with clients throughout entire campaign process
  • Troubleshoot and implement campaign materials across various marketing platforms
  • Ensure full delivery of all client campaigns
  • Optimize campaigns to enhance results and adhere to best practices
  • Create and deliver detailed campaign reports
  • Assist with inventory management
  • As needed - help design marketing creative (internally and for clients)
  • Master website ad server and related technical platforms
  • Assist with creating custom content marketing tools for internal branding and sales team
  • Monitor online advertising industry and recommend new solutions to marketing suite

Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate:

  • Passionate about digital marketing and advertising
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to interact with senior executives and provide superior customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and organized
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related major

Freelance Business Writers

The right candidates will provide freelance writing for promoted stories, case studies, white papers, surveys and more. Looking for writers with a clear background in Journalism and expertise in Retail, Education (K-12 and Higher Ed), HR, Healthcare, Waste, BioPharma, Marketing, Utility, Construction, HR, CIO or Food. Attention to detail and colorful narrative are a must. Previous business writing experience strongly preferred. Writers will not receive bylines for any of these projects.

The Ad Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of digital ad placements. What Can You Bring to the Table?

  • Build and manage a growing digital ad operations team
  • Work with advertisers at leading brands to design and execute marketing campaigns across a number of digital platforms including web, email, and mobile
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, editorial, design, and tech on the creation and implementation of custom advertising solutions
  • Develop and streamline processes to facilitate and expedite client onboarding and campaign reporting
  • Communicate regularly with clients throughout entire campaign process
  • Manage the day-to-day processes and execution of digital ad placements – including collecting of creative, ad trafficking, ad creation, QA, and reporting
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and set priorities for junior team members
  • Stay abreast of Ad Ops industry trends and best practices
