The Industry Dive Event Promotion Policy outlines the acceptable use of the Event Promotion distribution service. Events are published through a self-serve platform and enter the public realm the moment the user submits an Event.

Industry Dive shall review each Event promotion and reserves the right to remove any Event that violates this policy, without credit or refund to the purchaser.

  • Date(s) & Start Time 
  • Link for Event 

Your Event Details will be visible to thousands of our readers from the date published through the duration of your Event across Industry Dive news sites and selected newsletters.

Prohibited Content

Inclusion of the following content is strictly prohibited. Industry Dive reviews each Event submission and reserves the right to remove any post that violates the following, without credit or refund to the purchaser:

  • Promotional material with the goal of acquiring a direct lead or sale from the announcement
  • Copyrighted material not owned by the client
  • Poorly written Event releases
  • Advertisements
  • Opinion pieces
  • Disinformation
  • Misleading information
  • Blogs
  • Articles
  • Slander
  • Inappropriate content (violent, sexual, etc.)
  • Inappropriate frequency - a company cannot ‘flood the feed’ or post more than one (1) event, per company, per publication in a 24 hour period.
  • Spam and malware
  • Events lending themselves to financial scams (i.e. promoting pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick schemes, etc)
