2022 Identity of HR Report discussed at virtual event

HR Dive reporters and editors — and top industry leaders — will discuss the current state of the HR profession, COVID-19’s continued toll on company culture, hiring strategies and the increased focus on soft skills in the Identity of HR virtual event today. 

From 2-3:30 p.m. EDT on Oct. 11, the virtual discussion Identity of HR: Inside the Changing Role of Today’s HR Pro will look at the results of HR Dive’s 2022 Identity of HR survey and get exclusive insight from People Officers, Talent Acquisition leaders and HR professionals from Chipotle, isolved, Workhuman, Thrive HR Consulting, McLean & Company, Boomi and The Conference Board.  Event attendees will get their own copy of the full survey results.

    As employees continue to work remotely or companies develop different return-to-office strategies, the pandemic’s repercussions on the workforce can’t be ignored. HR Dive Reporter Caroline Colvin will have a fireside chat with McLean & Company HR Research & Advisory Services Director Kelly Berte and DEI consultant Farzana Nayani on strategies to keep all employees engaged. 
  • Hiring is a top priority. How is HR strategizing?
    HR Dive Editor Emilie Shumway will talk about hiring with Candace Smith, the People Operations Lead for the Americas at Wise, a currency exchange software company, and David Burke, Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand at Workhuman, a software company focused on employee recognition and workplace culture.
