Hotel Dive to examine shift as $177B industry emerges from the pandemic
As the hotel industry re-examines its business strategies, management, marketing and guest experience as customers return to travel, Industry Dive’s latest publication, Hotel Dive, will keep executives and decision-makers updated on the latest news and trends. The first daily newsletter hits inboxes on April 3.
Hotel Dive will cover the fast-developing suite of digital tools supporting the next chapter of hotel stays and look at how hoteliers approach their operations, from property management and ancillary sales to cybersecurity and energy savings.
“The hotel industry must continue to elevate how it meets the changing demands and desires of guests in the wake of the pandemic while navigating an uncertain economic climate, rapid technological development and ongoing generational shifts in the customer base,” said Managing Editor Jill Menze. “For success in the business landscape hoteliers need news sources that offer the sharpest insights and most valuable information.”
Menze has covered the hospitality industry for more than 10 years, most recently leading the launch of PhocusWire, a publication providing in-depth coverage of technology in the travel, tourism and hospitality sectors. Previously, she was managing editor at BizBash, the meetings and events industry's leading website and magazine.
Subscribers can expect news and analysis about emerging technology like ChatGPT, sustainability initiatives, strategies to compete against alternative accommodations, revenue and profit optimization, among other topics.
Hotel Dive is one of three newsletters Industry Dive will launch in early 2023 as part of an ambitious, accelerated publication strategy that will bring award-winning journalism to new markets and audiences. Fashion Dive and Packaging Dive newsletters launched earlier this month, with other publications planned for later this year.
Industry Dive, an Informa business, is a leading business journalism company. Nearly 14 million decision-makers across 20+ competitive industries rely on our exclusive insight and analysis delivered more than 30 publications.
